Service Schedules March 2015 Webinar: Calendar Service Schedules & ___---[>> ’Calendar’ Scheduling <<]---___ Unlike Interval scheduling, the Completed Date of work orders will have no impact on how future work orders are scheduled for Calendar schedules. - Build and apply your service schedule as a Template, and your work orders will be scheduled immediately. - To edit how far in advance SEMS will schedule work orders go to SEMS System Manager > Configure SEMS > Assets & Inventory. CCR Series (3 of 3) March 2015 Webinar: Calendar Service Schedules & ___---[>> Completing Steps 6 – 9 <<]---___ 6) Samples & Results Using the Sample Worksheet format, you will be able to see all the samples that are being considered for the CCR based on what you defined in steps 3-5. 7) Create Report Language Clicking this icon will compile all the information, samples, and details that have been setup previously into the beginnings of your consumer confidence report language. 8) Format Report This will show you the text that has been created, and allow you to change the default wording. 9) Print Report This exports everything to Microsoft Word format (by default). Take this opportunity to give your CCR graphical flair, and make any final revisions. Just use Word’s print function to put it to paper. * Troubleshooting using (6.
