When looking at the income limits remember these are always Subject to change. It is always important to check with your lending partner for updates. Also limits are different between programs and they can be confusing. The Preferred Plus Grant programs have a higher income limit than the others. The program names are on the top of pages. This is for a better understanding of how many families can be assisted. Also Conventional Preferred and Preferred Plus only use application qualifying income and not family household income like the other programs.
