IHA Dimensions Discovery Datalytics IHA facilitated a Council on Health Information member workgroup and survey process throughout 2017 to identify key future goals.

IHA Dimensions Discovery Datalytics Dashboards Hospital Scorecard Inpatient and Outpatient The Hospital Scorecard has a year over year and trend analysis for your hospital.  It includes analysis of ages, patient origin, payer mix, product lines, and average length of stay.  Market Analysis Inpatient and Outpatient Reports where patients who live around your hospital go for inpatient and outpatient care.  The mileage radius is dynamic and set by the user.  See data over time, by age, payer, and product line.  Patient Origin Patient Origin analyzes where patients go for inpatient and outpatient care.  Select a county (or multiple counties) to filter the data for that geographic area. Data can be filtered down to the diagnostic or procedural level. CEO Dashboard The CEO Dashboard analyzes 14 utilization metrics, 11 financial metrics, 5 quality metrics, patient satisfaction and population health data.  Compare your hospital to your peer group, all hospitals in the state or select two specific hospitals to benchmark.  Hospital Peer Group Analysis Analysis by peer group groups hospitals into categories and compares the categories.  This compares average daily census, how far patients travel for care, payor mix and age ranges.

An IHA staff member will then approve your request and you will receive an email containing a temporary password, please use this password to log in for the first time. To access Discovery Datalytics in Dimensions you will select Menu>Discovery Datalytics.
