Middle Level Management Responsibilities Make sure the goals, schedule, budget is clear and there is buy in Define the team leaders & make a plan Make sure required resources are available Monitor performance & address issues Shift team responsibilities if needed Provide support, rewards, and “growth opportunities” Stay out of the way!

Team Leaders Make sure the goals, schedule, budget is clear and there is buy in Make a plan with your teams Assign areas of responsibility & tasks Make sure required resources are available Monitor & report progress Resolve or escalate conflicts and issues Coordinate with other leaders Contribute where needed without micro-managing

Individual Contributors Complete tasks as fast as you can and still have excellent results Work together where it improves the product or speeds up the process Ask for help when needed Be ready to provide help If you run out of things to do Make sure your leader knows Review the report and web site
