A SERMON ON SECOND JOHN VERSE NINE  Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

IMPORTANCE OF SECOND JOHN 9 IF WE ABIDE NOT IN THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST WE DO NOT HAVE GOD!! THUS, WE MUST DETERMINE WHAT THIS MEANS..

WHAT THE ROMANS OBEYED WHAT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN WHAT JESUS TAUGHT (MARK 16:15-16) 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

WHAT THE ROMANS OBEYED CONTINUED MIGHT HAVE BEEN WHAT PAUL TAUGHT IN EVERY CHURCH: (I CORINTHIANS 4:17) 17 For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.

WHAT PAUL TAUGHT EVERYWHERE IN EVERY CHURCH ROMANS 6:3-4 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
