Since using these machines we have made some considerable savings and found them to be not only cost effective but simple to operate and maintain. As shown on these diagrams we use to at times need to make bin empties up to 19 times a month cardboard and rubbish combined.

Once in place we immediately reduced the number of bin empties to 1 a week, reducing our empties per month to 4. This together with a bin hire fee and a small extra weight fee is the charge we now incur for our waste disposal. Cardboard skip empties are no longer a factor as we make our own bales and transport them to the refuse dump for recycling free of charge!

Since implementing our Waste Recycling Program we have also included recycling additional by-products of our business such as plastics, polystyrene, and band strapping which all get recycled on a weekly basis.
