Japan, India, and China Governments

Essential Question How can we distinguish the role of leadership and citizens in India, China, and Japan?

Class Discussion What type of government do you believe is in… India? Why? China? Japan?

SG: The country of India has a secular government in order to avoid seeming to favor one group over another, religious leaders do not play a role in the government.

SG: India is the world’s largest democracy. SG: Indira Gandhi was the first woman prime minister in India.
