Communicate, Train, Evaluate and Recognize Embed Positively Forsyth into culture so it withstands time and change, something that naturally happens. 2012-13 Opportunities Include: Induct new and existing staff into Positively Forsyth philosophy Include in 2013-16 Strategic Plan, GAPSS, Climate Surveys, School Improvement Plans and Department Action Plans Recognize existing success, and enhance employee and peer-to-peer recognition
