WHY NOT?

Start at the Top! Use Positively Forsyth to unify the district with the goal for the staff to reconnect who they are with what they do Recognize that many schools/departments and staff model and demonstrate positive culture and customer service, but it is not consistent or unified as one Being positive is a small thing that costs nothing, but has a huge impact

Core Values Actions Attitudes Affiliations Forsyth County Schools is a family that values our rich history by being committed investors in our future. We intentionally model our: Actions We listen, affirm, respond, and adapt. Attitudes We are approachable, sincere, encouraging, and flexible. Affiliations We promote team work through personal connections, shared responsibility, genuine feedback, and continuous growth.

Putting Our Values Into Practice Use a common language Schools/departments must have a common vision/mission on how to proceed that is unique to their community and its culture but fits within the district’s Positively Forsyth expectations. Customer Service Guidelines www.forsyth.k12.ga.us/PositivelyForsyth Emails Face-to-Face Phone
