Sewing lab rules: Turn off the power to the irons and machines when finished. Shoes must be worn in the lab at all times. (No slippers!) Respect other’s property and projects. DO NOT take any one else’s projects or fabric!

Concentrate on what you are working on. No food/gum/drinks, etc. in the sewing lab. Do not sit on the counters, tray tables, or floor. Clean up and return your supplies before the end of class. Always throw away your scraps of fabric and other garbage (There are 8 garbage cans in here! Use them!)

RULES Use only scissors with green yarn to cut paper. USE SCISSORS WITH RED YARN TO CUT FABRIC, never paper!
