28TH ISGF-AISG WORLD CONFERENCE BALI-2017 ISGF is a worldwide organization for adults, Non Government, Non political, Non Discriminatory with a purpose of promoting scouting and guiding ideas. ISGF has 63 National fellowships, with 45,697 members (2015 Census) We are represented in 42 other countries with 1,598 as Central Branch (2017 Census) and Isgf work totally depends on your goodwill. (Volunteers) ISGF administrative capacity in (1) ONE PERSON at the world Bureau in a capacity of 50% Employment to do the administrative work of the world.

Development As a global body, we need to attract partners on the same level for meaningful implementation of our projects. This will require development on all levels in terms of membership and human resource.

Visibility. We need to rebrand, promote and market our fellowships working with other partners to be recognize globally.

Environment/peace The globe is faced with eminent challenges of environment and peace which in many ways affect our development goals. It is important therefore to find ways within our means to minimize these issues.

Active Regions: The strength of Isgf depends largely on the activities of regions therefore it is critical to support regions to achieve the desired development

Resources: For efficiency work to be done, we need to have and facilitate more than one staff at the Bureau. More resources are needed to run the Bureau more especially staffing for efficient delivery of service.
