Metrics Reported - Status of DLC Implementation 12/26/2018 All 35 DLC’s have submitted CHP’s 12/35 , 34% have chosen Option1 4 have a mixed option, 19 have chosen option 2 16/23 (mixed and option 2) assessment requirement and implementation discussed at EHS Rep meeting or equivalent 6/23 DLC assessment complete

Update on Committee on Toxic Chemical and Institute Council meeting 12/26/2018 Based on these metrics, Committee concluded that implementation is slow At Council meeting 6-month deadline discussed In November or for Fall CTC meeting, will ask EHS Coordinators to report on # assessments completed Focus of Round 2 2010 Level 2 inspections – specific finding if assessment not completed What help does your DLC need ?
