Team Exercise Break the crew in half and give each group the individual sheets (slides 3 – 20) and ask them to arrange the blocks in the most efficient flow to represent their P&S process. Then have each group explain their map. Hand out the complete process map (slide 1) and compare it with theirs. Capture the learnings from the discussion to initiate your improvement efforts.
