TIME FRAME Project implementation period is 9 months.

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION Social security programs that are running a small fraction of the population to reach a new Indonesia. (Government Employees, Army, Police and a small formal workers) The people given the nature of social assistance is not continuous. In the social security services to prevent discrimination. For example, the government employees with private employees.

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION Many diseases are not covered and if not covered in its entirety. Law no. 40/2004 on National Social Security System been approved since October 19, 2004 but not yet implemented.

TARGET GROUP & PARTIES INVOLVED Leaders trade union in province. Members trade union.

OBJECTIVES Trade union leaders and members understand the importance of implementation of Law No. 40/2004 on National Social Security System. Together to monitor and ensure that governments implement the law.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVIES Trade union leaders and members understand the importance of implementation of Law No. 40/2004 on National Social Security System. 1.1 Produce training modules for use in. 1.1.1 Prepare the team for the make the the module. 1.1.2 Collecting data in order to manufacture the module.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVIES 1. 2 Conduct training that was conducted in each province. 1.2.1 Held a meeting with the team for the determine the province to be visited. 1.2.2 Came to the province that have been determined to socialize.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVIES Together to monitor and ensure that governments implement the law. 2.1 Establish monitoring team in each province. 2.1.1 Hold regular meetings with trainees in every province. 2.1.2 Choose those that fit in the team based on the activity and presence in meetings.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVIES 2.2 Create a pamphlet for the provide information about the law. 2.2.1 Determine which materials will be included in the pamphlet. 2.2.2 Print a flyer for the be given to team members for the be distributed to every government official in each province.
