Additional meal or event tickets for spouses or guests may be purchased subject to space availability. EVENT TICKETS-AVAILABILITY/ADVANCE PURCHASE SUGGESTED Meal function and special event tickets are included in the paid registration fees for the event. Additional tickets may be purchased for guests and spouses with early bird and advanced registration. Due to limited space availability, these tickets may not be available with on-site registration. All pre-paid tickets will be in the registration packets that participants receive at the conference. Please note that event tickets are available on a space available basis. We reserve the right to limit registration or additional event ticket sales based on availability. CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to: American Association of Blacks in Energy 1625 K Street NW Ste 405 Washington, DC 20006 All Requests received before March 13, 2009, are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked and received after March 16, 2009. You may designate a substitute to attend the conference in lieu of a cancellation. The American Association of Blacks in Energy assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants. Educational expenses are generally tax deductible as an ordinary business expense. Consult your tax advisor for additional information. CONFERENCE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION Airline flights can be booked to the Orlando International Airport.
