Makerere University Hostel

A five storey comprised of hostel with 185 rooms, one big study room, one office, one games room, one restaurant, one sick bay, two roadside shops, and one interior shop. The hostel is currently accommodating 320 university students and has a net income of USD 200,000 per year. It is licensed and rented by the Makerere university.

The building has installed water pumps, 120 KVA generator, 320 wooden beds, study room furniture, DSTV connected TV set, DSTV Projector, pool table and its accessories, games room furniture and office furniture plus safe.
