Chianti Winery A charming estate with winery in the most beautiful hills of Chianti 25 km from Siena. Comprised of farmhouse, winery, cellars, storage vats, offices and various other buildings.

Stone Farmhouse The main building is a stone farmhouse of 385 m2 divided into two apartments. One on the ground floor comprised of a shared balcony, entrance, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and outside storage. On the first floor there is a loggia, living-dining, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and two lumber rooms. Outside is a 12 m x 6 m swimming pool.

Vineyards The land totals 12.5 hectares made up of 7 hectares of vineyards planted 2000-2009, 5.75 hectares for the production of Chianti Classico DOCG and 1.25 hectares for the production of IGT wine. Winery Building A is cellars/barrel room. Building B consists of basement, storage for tools and local products, bathroom and loggia. Building C i the area for wine vats. Building D is office for sales, tasting room, wine cellar, bathroom and two closets.

Location Situated 25 km from Siena and 55 km from Florence. The nearest airport is Florence Peretola 64 km and Pisa Galileo Galilei 155 km.
