TRAVELLING WITH TECHNOLOGY Our start-up project is called “Traveling with technology”

What is «travelLing with technology»? This project was born in 2012 with the aim of bringing children around Italy and making them know about Italian monuments. In 2015 we decided to continue this project using technology, plus we decided to introduce children not only to Italy but also to the rest of the world. The new project consists of carrying around the world the children with a small train. Long the train tracks are positioned all the most famous monuments of each city and at their side there is a small robot. The train stops near every monument and the children, with a screen, can decide which cartoon to make the robot look like. The robots have the task of explaining to children something about monuments.

Employees (Responsible of security) Business Plan Aim Fun for children First approach with technology Free time for parents Organization (Start Up) Employees (Responsible of security) Designer Programmer Funding Contribution of employees Bank loan Venture capitalist This is the business plan of our sturt-up. It is divided in: AIM(fun for children, first approach with technology, free time for parents), ORGANIZATION(employees and responsible of security, designer, programmer), FUNDING(contribution of employees, bank loan, ventur capitalist).

AIM Fun for children: interact with their favorite cartoon character The robot takes the form of the children's favorite cartoon and explains them every single detail of all the monuments, from the structure to their function in history to why it was created and everything happens with the fun of children thanks to the robot that takes the shape of the children's favorite cartoon.

First approach with technology: AIM First approach with technology: children discover the world using technology HELLO! In the world we live in today, technology is at the base of everything, this initiative was born to give children the opportunity to see the world from an early age with the eyes of technology. They interact with the technology while having fun and without realizing it they learn to use the new technological tool of today.

AIM Free time for parents: a robot takes care of children This project has been developed with the aim of making children entertained but also with the aim of leaving parents free time to devote to themselves, or to make some commissions. Parents are free for a few hours without the worry that their children are alone because they know that a robot and the staff will take care of them.

designer (or mecha designer) Organization designer (or mecha designer) Designs draws The designer designs and makes drawings of robots and other mechanical objects for works of fantasy. He designs on a visual level but also on a sound level the most suitable drawings and tools so that children can learn the information explained by the robots in the best possible way.

Organization Programmer makes the system suitable for children combines simple graphs The programmer in this initiative, back child, composes a system, articulates it with essential elements to entertain children and puts together the fun with the teaching using a very simple and easily understandable graphics. Rome, London, Paris all become villages of a fantastic cartoon, articulated but with information related to that country, able to solve the curiosities of children.

Organization Employees (Responsible of security) notes the risk factors presents the training and information plans collaborates with other employees Among the various employees of the startup, one of them takes care of the security of the entire organization and the machinery so that there are no damages. In particular, he determines the risks and develops a plan for the safety of workers. Instructs staff on what to do in case of danger. Collaborates with other employees to elaborate the description of the plants, the risks of the working environment, the presence of preventive and protective measures and the choice of a competent doctor. So, the safety officer must carry out the risk assessment.

FUNDING Contribution of employees Money Machinery Ideas Soft skills (problem solving, good communicator…) The employees make available the economic resources necessary for carrying out the activity and to meet the expenses. Employees also bring in machinery and consumables. employees can also contribute with their ideas that can allow the company to develop more and increase revenues. the contribution of the members can also not be material because they can also contribute with their soft skills like problem solving, good communicator.

FUNDING What is it? what is it about? Bank loan The bank loan is the loan granted by the bank at the beginning of an activity. The Mediolanum bank has granted us a loan, at the beginning of the activity, of 30000 euros, to be returned to the bank in 3 month for 3 years with a total interest of 9000 euros, with the percentaige of 10%.

FUNDING What is it? what is it about? Venture capitalist Venture capitalist is another funding way. The founders give up a part of their company and anyone who has invested becomes a co-owner of the company.
