Central Kitsap Campus Phase 1 – Focused on Students Central Kitsap School district is re-developing our CK Campus Project scope: New High School New Middle School New Performing Arts Center 900 Seats Stage and Full Fly Loft (equivalent to Seattle’s Paramount Theater). Orchestra Pit New Athletic Complex High School Gym Middle School Gym Gym Annex Cougar Field – All Weather Playing Surface – Football/Soccer/Lacrosse, Track, Grandstand, and Lights Huey Field – All Weather Playing Surface – Football/Soccer/Lacrosse, Track, and Lights Baseball Field – All Weather Playing Surface – Stands and Lights Softball Field – All Weather Playing Surface – Stands and Lights Tennis – Eight (8) Courts and Lights. Central Kitsap Events Center Phase 2 – Focused on Community Redeveloping Lower Campus (site of existing HS) CKSD Partnered with KRL New Public Library CKSD Administrative Center Land area - 7 acres Site programming elements: Public gathering and educational opportunities. Multi-Purpose playfield (Approximately half the size of Huey Field). Hiking paths connected to the greater CK campus trail system. Retention of existing CKHS entrance staircase as a monument to the past. 900 Wing
