WHERE WE MISSED THE MARK DIDN’T DIVERSIFY THE FUNDING BASE AS MUCH AS WE HAD HOPED COULDN’T HONOR OUR COMMITMENT TO HOLD 2010 CONFERENCE IN SEATTLE DIDN’T RESPOND TO ALL CHAPTER & MEMBER REQUESTS AS QUICKLY AS WE WOULD LIKE

GOALS FOR 2009 CONTINUE BRIEFINGS WITH CONGRESS & AGENCIES EMPOWER CHAPTERS & REGIONS FIND ADDITIONAL REVENUE SOURCES STIMULUS PACKAGE GRANTS NEW CORPORATE PARTNERS DEVELOP MORE PARTNERSHIPS ENABLE MORE ENTREPRENEURS REACH 2000 MEMBERS

CHALLENGES FACING US THE ECONOMY IS AFFECTING OUR MEMBERS LOWER CONFERENC ATTENDANCE & REVENUES DOWNTURN COULD LAST THROUGH 2010 EXERCISING FISCAL DISCIPLINE NATIONAL STAFF BUDGET HAS BEEN CUT MONTHLY MONITORING OF REVENUES MEETING OUR MEMBERS’ NEEDS DOING MORE WITH LESS GROWING LARGER SUPPORT BASE SPEAKING FOR THE VOICELESS

OUR ORGANIZATION IS STRONG OUR MESSAGE IS COMPELLING THIS IS OUR TIME!
