The School is based in Brookfield Health Sciences, purpose-built, state-of-the-art accommodation opened in 2005. Knowledge transfer and practice that is based on evidence has guided the development of our taught Masters and professional doctorates. Both programmes are flexible (full or part time), modular (CPD modules, PGCert or PG Dip) and based on a local survey of market needs. The MSc EBTP is open to occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists. It aims to: expand existing professional knowledge through critical reflection on contemporary therapy practice; educate health professionals to Masters level with a commitment to lifelong learning and be grounded in the principles of client-centred, interdisciplinary and evidence-based practice. Other Postgraduate Courses M.Phil and PhD programmes of study The School of Clinical Therapies offer full or part time research degrees, either at Masters level (MPhil) or at doctoral level (PhD) for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech and Language Therapists. Modules are built up according to need and comprises 4 taught modules (120 credits) and research thesis (150 credits).
