So . . . What do you want to do?

Restaurant: Pizza & Italian So what do you want to do? Uh, I like pizza. Its Easy… just write it down. I like pizza. Start big & general. Restaurant: Pizza & Italian

Then add some details… … and plan a big future… And VOILA!

Here are the simple steps…

But really . . …. Get a good business to plan Start writing out your ideas What is the name of the business? What do you do? -> product? Service? WHY? Why do “we” need it? Is IT expensive? Cheap? Popular? Who is your customer? Do they have money? Do you have a partner? Who? Do you have friends that will work for you? Where will your business be located? [Ogden]

And then . . …. 3. Add the details Who Works for you? Job responsibilities ? Are there different departments? What do they do? Accounting, Legal, Promotion, Customer Service Costs, vendors, suppliers Design your logo, delivery truck, sign Design and Layout the store Employee Uniforms? Who is the competition? 7 How high are your prices? What will you sell???? How much markup? What is normal? Where will you get it? (vendors) Are there brand names?

8 How will you promote? Advertising that you can afford? Probably not tv, Radio, billboard, newspaper, Internet, sponsorships, transit (car) Business Cards Phone Directory Store sign, gorilla?

9 That is really it…. …then we need to figure out how much MONEY you will need
