Fall 2018 CNP Operations Employees Working with PESG to get current and new temps signed up Introduced “Employee of the week” program Supervisor of the month Recognize retirees Years of service awards -We are Working diligently with PESG to ensure we are staffed for each school site. -A department is only as good as it people so we want to give our people incentives to recognize them for their hard work, determination, and the value that they bring to the Child nutrition program. -Human capitol is invaluable and we want to keep our employees and continue to assist them in their professional growth process. -We also recognized our outstanding staff members with an employee of the week program and supervisor of the month. It gives them the sense that their performances are not going unnoticed or not unrewarded. -We are also pointing out our retirees and the have dedicated their lives to feeding our young people and we appreciate their role in what we do. -Longevity breeds experience and a price cannot be placed on what a knowledgeable staff member can bring to the table when goals and directives need to be accomplished. So we highlight our long term staff members who have worked five years or more and we encourage them to continue their journey with us as we look to become stronger and better each day that the program moves along.
