Ephesians 5:15-17 Be very careful, then, how you live - not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.

Flaws in the church today: 3. We have relegated the sharing of our faith or evangelism to a few experts, the so-called evangelists

The sharing of our faith should be a lifestyle and the responsibility of every believer in Christ (Acts 8:4) Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went.

Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit and trusting God for What is evangelism? It is sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit and trusting God for the results.

Why must we share Christ? It reflects the heart of God (John 3:16, 17) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Otherwise people are lost to a Christless eternity (Col. 1:13, 14) For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

How can we cultivate such a lifestyle? Pray and be empowered (Acts 1:8; Eph. 5:17; 2 Pet. 3:9) Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
