Write a dialogue from the MOTHER’S perspective The story “Kaffir Boy” ends with the mother, grandmother, and son –Mark Mathabane- getting ready to leave for school. Write 8 lines of dialogue using both direct and indirect dialogue from the Mother’s perspective as they are walking to school. Be prepared to share!

Narrative plea Assignment What is it? When is it due? What do I do first?

Google Drive Log into your gmail and open your Google Drive. Find the 10th Lit SPRING 2018 folder. It should be in My Drive (when we moved it there yesterday) Open the folder. Open the Narrative Plea folder. Click the Narrative Plea Organizer document. Right mouse click and Make a Copy Go directly to YOUR copy of the template. HINT: Where it says “owner” – your name should be there. Open that document. Rename the document: LASTNAME Narrative Plea. Example: Spruill Narrative.

Next steps If you did NOT finish your Synthesis Essay, you will finish that FIRST! Any changes made after 4:00 PM today will be considered late. Begin working on your Narrative Plea.
