CPA NOT HOLDING LAND CPA Info REGISTRATION WITH STATE REASONS NOT REGISTERED WITH CPA PLANS TO REGISTER TITLE DEED WITH CPA PNIEL CPA T432/2008 The matter is in court pending submission of the Referee’s report. The referee failed to lodge his report with the court by 30 April 2018 as per the letter of demand sent to him. RLCC: NC instructed State Attorney to bring in an application to court to force the Referee to file his report. Registration and transfer of the property will commence after the court has adjudicated on the matter. DA MOUTON T2477/2017 1 Title deed is in the name of the CPA. The outstanding portion is subject to subdivision of the Land (SPLUMA approval to be followed) RLCC: NC appointed a service provider in January 2018, who indicated that it will take 8 months for the process (subdivision) to be concluded. Target date for transfer is therefore 31 August 2018. SYDNEY ON VAAL T3686/2006 The CPA was non compliant and was regularised Conveyancers have been appointed and transfer is projected for 30 June 2018 GONG-GONG T1205/2009 1 portion has been transferred to CPA. The claimants are contesting the manner in which the claim was settled, hence the delay in transferring the outstanding 2 portions, and refuse to sign the settlement agreement. RLCC: NC to meet with facilitator who conducted regularisation of the CPA to assist in mediating with the signing of the settlement agreement by 31 July 2018. MEYERS AND GROOTFONTEIN CPA T1838/2017 RLCC: NC planning a handover celebration RLCC: NC scheduled a handover celebration in June 2018 to hand over the title deed. RLCC: NC will communicate this plan to the Claimants.
