Welcome to our Online Membership Meeting. Meeting Orientation   The online membership meeting was begun in 2015 to facilitate more involvement by the members. It gives us ample opportunities to consider the state of the association, ask questions, raise concerns, and propose new activities. 

Meeting Outcomes We have five outcomes for our Membership Meeting: We want to provide an "update" on the state of the association. We do everything we can to keep you informed on the developments within the association. The Membership Meeting is time for all of us and step back and consider the association as a whole. We want to engage all the members in the governance of the association. Sometimes that is consulting the membership, other times to requires a vote, and still other times it asks for your creativity, input, and service.  We want to consult with you about the Pope Francis Mission Award Nominees. We also want to consult with you about our draft mission statement.  The key decisions we need to make this year are the elections to the Board of Directors. We also have a resolution to consider. As the Membership Meeting unfolds, other decisions may emerge.  Finally, the Membership Meeting is an opportunity for you, as member, to identify and put forth, new agenda items for the association. These agenda items will be considered be recorded in the official minutes of the meeting, considered by the Board of Directors, acted upon, and reported to the membership. 

Online Meeting Space On our website, www.uscatholicmission.org, we have created a page for our online meeting under the Membership tab. This page has videos and presentations that you will be able to view and take part in the meeting. If you have any questions about the meeting you can contact the USCMA office at (202) 832-3112. We are open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday EDT.

Board of Director’s Ballot and any Resolutions are posted on the website.  September 1, 2016   Membership Chat Room Open – 10 am ET to 2 pm ET  September 6, 2016   Voting Begins  September 16, 2016   Voting Ends September 21, 2016  Results of Membership Meeting Announced Meeting Adjourns
