Argument for the Big Bad Wolf! 1.) Throughout folk lore and fairy tales, the Big Bad Wolf has been seen as the ultimate antagonist for young children. 2.) The story of the three little pigs portrays the Big Bad Wolf as a ravenous beast with supernatural lung power preying on innocent porkers. 3.) Little Red Riding Hood is a naïve young girl who claims to be tricked by the lupine character in her tale.. 4.) In Aesop’s fable, the wolf consumes a young boy’s familial property as the teen looks on in horror. 5.) However, closer examination reveals that each story with a wolf character ends with a virtuous moral. Moreover, the wolf character in each tale combats a young person failing in his or her duties as a societal member. By examining the role of the wolf in each story, one can conclude that the Big Bad Wolf is actually the savior for a generation of fallen youth.
