Summary An 18 year old boy with low motivation gets board during the summer and decides to spend his time in the peak district where he finds his true self.

Synopsis In Sheffield, an 18 year old boy named Steve is sat in his home as he has no plans for the summer. He tries to do his homework but does not have the effort to. He later watches sport and believes that he has no chance of accomplishing them. Eventually Steve gets fed up of staying in the house, Steve then goes for a walk from his stress of homework and finds himself in the Peak District. He looks into the distance and is amazed by the beauty of the park. Steve looks at the footpath and sees the light. Steve is jogging through the park. Steve then goes from jogging to running and other outdoor activities. Steve realises that he can do what he wants if he has the motivation to. It then ends with a voiceover with a quote about motivation. Then cuts to the peak district logo.
