After change your password from webmail (above), you will get a error message when you click “Get Message” in Mail Client Software (could be one of the following :- Seamonkey, Mozilla, Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook Express)
1. From the menu, select "Edit" ---> "Preferences" 2. Select "Privacy &Security" ---> "Passwords" 3. Refer to following slides, follow the arrow, find your account. (it should be like mailbox://mail.wspc.com.sg ....."), the user name should be your email account ID(like my email is "jchen@wspc.com.sg", then user name is "jchen") 4. Highlight the line, then click "Remove" 5. Close the box 6. Click "Get Message" button, you will get the Alert again, but don't mind, just click "OK", then system will allow you to key in a new password
