Eat less fruit juice and eat more whole fruit because fruit juice has sugar and whole fruit has fiber and helps you digest .
Food gives us energy so that we can exercise, burn calories and get stronger while we exercise.
You should eat healthy because if you do, you will have a lower chance of disease and you will live longer. Oranges have vitamin C to fight sickness. Blueberries are good for your heart.
Eat a variety of veggies, but eat more dark green veggies than light green veggies because they have more nutrition.
Choose low fat dairy or non fat dairy because it has all the things you want in your body like calcium, vitamins, and less fat which is also healthier for your heart.
