Charles Albanel Charles Albanel was born in 1616 January the 11th In 1649 he arrived in Canada in Tadoussac. Tadoussac is a village in Quebec in Canada. He was a leader of the French Party. Charles was the first european to reach Hudson Bay. He died in 1696.

Marco Polo Marco Polo was born on 15th September 1254. When he was young his father and uncle travelled to Asia. Later when he was older he travelled to China and went through the Gobi dessert. He returned from his travels 24 years later. He was the first to leave a detailed chronicles from China. He died in 1324.
