What are the immediate priorities for the global coalition? Universal Buy in Country ownership of the roadmap Letter to the heads of state Sign-off of the scorecard Establish clear communication channels Bidirectional: Secretariat – Country Translation of documents for Portuguese speaking countries Move Coalition to Country Level Target setting Alignment with national systems Map out technical and financial support available Involvement Harnessing CSO engagement Identify allies to support with key population interventions Inter ministerial engagements i.e. Labour and employment, Education, Finance, Gender Bringing private sector and trade unions on board

How do we move from country consultations to roadmap implementation? Country Prioritisation of the 10 point plan Harnessing guidance from global level with regional on prevention target setting Aligning country targets to fast track targets Forming coalitions of ministers across countries Costing roadmap Identify gaps Conduct analysis of new and existing resources for acceleration Prioritise in resource allocation Revitalize prevention working groups

What support will countries need? Each country to define technical and financial needs by WAD South-South TA offers and cross-learning Acceleration fund/Innovative Financing Feedback from secretariat on layout of needs
