How to Use PathologyOutlines.com to Help your Practice Nat Pernick, M.D. Waltham, Massachusetts November 7, 2018
Our Philosophy Although medical judgment may be difficult, we should be able to get the basic information we need to make decisions easily and quickly. Medical information should be free. The Golden Rule: that which is hateful / annoying to you, do not do to others.
Medical information should be free
An increasing number of journal articles are free full text, but this is not reliable.
Another option is to write to the corresponding author to get a copy (PDF) of the article, but it may take days to get a response, or there may be no response.
Providing free full information may be difficult for some, despite their apparent mission.
