UNLV Planning and Construction Some Key Recent Accomplishments: Updated UNLV Campus Master Plan in 2012 – more information available at: http://www.unlv.edu/masterplan Integrated ‘Midtown UNLV’ (University District), UNLV Now (Stadium and Student Village) and P3 Campus Housing Plan into overall campus master plan, collaborating with the campus, community and private developers/operators. Developed 1.5m +/- gsf of campus facilities over past 15 years +/- Weathered significant budget cuts (30% +/- reduction in state funding over 2 biennia) – however – 50% + reduction in staffing over 10 year period.
