The Thoroughbred Stud Farm

The Thoroughbred Stud Farm This superb stud farm for Andalusian thoroughbreds is set in 1,700,000 m2 of gently rolling farm land. There are stables for 50 horses, many outbuildings, barn etc. The property could easily be converted into a luxury golf and country club incorporating the equestrian facilities.

Description The main house boasts 1,200 m2 of construction and has a large entrance hall and three small reception rooms. A large reception room with high ceiling and enormous open fireplace. Three kitchens and a number of other rooms. Eleven bedrooms and six bedrooms.

Location The Stud Farm is situated near to Antequera 30 minutes north of Malaga. The town of Antequera has all possible amenities including hospital, shopping mall, numerous businesses and shops.
