Piney Woods This ecoregion is found in the Eastern part of Texas. The average temperature for the piney woods ecoregion for January is 50° and for July it’s 90°. The annual average rainfall is 60 -100 inches.

Trans Pecos This region is found in the Western part of Texas. The average temperature for the Trans Pecos ecoregion in January is 40 and in July it’s 75-100. The annual average rainfall is 1-20 inches.

Post Oak Savannah The average temperature for the Post Oak Savannah ecoregion in January is 40 and in July it’s 75-100. The annual average rainfall is 60 inches. Post Oak Savannah is located in the Eastern part of Texas.

Blackland Prairie The Blackland Prairie region can be found in the Eastern part of Texas. The average temperature in the Blackland Prairie ecoregion in January is 40 and in July it’s 75. The annual average rainfall is 50-70 inches.
