Zero Circles of life

Zero possesses magical powers. Zero is the most powerful number Zero possesses magical powers. Zero is the most powerful number. It is the nothing and it is the egg, from which is created the world. Our ancestors describe it like a circle with a point in the middle. The circle doesn’t havе a beginning and an end. The circle symbolizes the infinite. The circle is an occult tool, it’s used in many religions, many different dances are played in a circle, people build round buildings. They create ritual tools with round shape- a loaf of bread, a wedding ring, a wreath, etc. Zero, as a philosophical concept is known to the Bulgarians in the early 5000 years BC. It is encoded in the Bulgarian calendar as a Zero day “Annie”.

In Bulgaria Paneurhythmy Tekkes Dervishes Exit

Dervishes (The dancing elders) Dervish or Darvish is a member of Sufi-religious group. Dervishes live very ascetic and extremely poor life. Dervishes have many orders and beliefs, that are far different from the traditional Sunni Islam. There are orders that were created from Shiite Islam.

The circle is the basis of dervishe’s dances

Ceremony of the Whirling Dervishes

In Bulgaria In the Bulgarian “horo” are formed geometric shapes - circles . It is assumed, that “rachenitsa" is sacred Bulgarian dance that recreates the rhythm of the sun and symbolizes infinity.

After the establishment of the Bulgarian state people began to build churches with round domes. The inside architecture is connected to the Bulgarian calendar. During the Middle Ages the construction was changed, but in the 19th century, old items came back and were preserved to the present days.

Danovisti Dunov, called by his followers Master, is Bulgarian founder of the religious and philosophical doctrine which defines itself as "esoteric Christianity" and occultism. This doctrine is known in Bulgaria under the name of danovizam and his followers - danovisti. Also known as students of the Universal White Brotherhood. The danovists are people who live a very healthy lifestyle. The most important thing for them is the spiritual growth of a human. Ritual place for them are The Seven Rila Lakes which they visit every year.

The tekkes in Bulgaria (dervish cloister) The oldest tekkes in Bulgaria, which are the biggest and the most famous, are four – “Demir baba”, “Ak Yazala baba”, “Otman baba” and “Kademli baba” tekke. (Demir baba tekke)

There are much more tekkes, especially in Southern and Northeastern Bulgaria. Of all mentioned tekkes, only the first two are well preserved and open for visits and religious rites. Ak Yazala Baba tekke

Above rooms there are domes , which are externally coated with lead-tin and were painted inside with vegetable and geometrical ornaments.

Paneurhythmy The word "Paneurhythmy" has Greek origin and it means a general, good rhythm. In the movements of the dance it is recreated the symbolic fusion of male and female in the nature and the harmony in a man.

Paneurhythmy exercises are divided into three parts: 28 introductory exercises, “Sunbeams” and “Pentagram”. The first part of 28 exercises symbolizes spring. During the second part of Paneurhythmy ("Sunbeams"), the circle is formed by 12 beams, each of which is formed by 6 couples. Music, that is played as a background to this part of the paneurythmy, is called’ruchenitsa’. After that the dancers are in the positioning for the third part, called “Pentagram” , the circles are arranged radially with 5 couples in beam. The sixth dancers from each beam form a sigle group from 5 couples. With slow movements the couples from every beam are separated and create the tops of a pentagon.
