Figure 2 Treatment fields for a patient simulated with (A) and without (B) a bra, demonstrating a reduced chest wall separation and decreased volume of heart and lung within the tangential fields. Notably, use of the bra eliminated the positional variability of a large lateral soft tissue bulge leading to improved reproducibility of daily setup.
