Objectives of network meetings Exchange experiences, good practices and frustrations Meet and get to know each other, network and cooperate Update of project activities for partners and associated partners Opportunity to provide input for all NCPs
Financial information Budget: 1.999.594 euros for 36 months Approx. 325.000 euro allocated to travel and accommodation for the larger network, to participate e.g. in network meetings and bilateral visits Average expected cost for each meeting: Travel: 800 Accommocation: 150 Partners use their partner funds and associated partners will be reimbursed after meetings
Partners and associated partners Target group: All Science with and for Society NCPs 16 NCP organisations formally involved and doing the project work (IS, EE, AT, BE, CY, CZ, DE, EL, EG, ES, HR, IL, IT, PL, PT, SE) All other NCPs are associated partners All project work, events, outcomes and deliverables aimed at all the network Access to all knowledge and material to fulfil the objective of improving NCP work
Reimbursement of travel costs NCPs send travel reimbursement form by e-mail directly after the meeting. Include a scanned version of travel documents Send the original documents, the reimbursement form and the original travel documents to Rannis by normal mail within 30 days after the event If organisations need to keep original documents for their accounts, please have the copies stamped and verified that they are a copies of the original travel documents.
