Overview Items in scope for 2019 Main items for further development Now you can transfer only assets
Items in scope for 2019
Topics to be addressed Case types further development Communication improvements SPC editor enhancements User interface improvements Workflow enhancements Now you can transfer only assets
Case types further development Complete the generation of Article 95 list (update of the information in AS and AN cases) Possibility to split MR groups for future applications due to NA-MIC and NA-MAC
Communication improvements Customise email notifications at legal entity/user level and/or improve them Assign messages to users Ad-hoc communications to several applicants (going beyond the “case based” approach)
Question Would you consider sufficient the notifications currently sent by R4BP 3 or you would need some more?
SPC editor enhancements Consider parallel editing of SPCs Improve reporting of substances of concern and other substances and their concentration in families Fix translation issues
User interface improvements Improve documents tab Revise the allocation of “new” items in every search/task list Daily summary of events in R4BP 3 “Enter all” button extended to all functionalities Enhance searching filters extending the searchable information Search against text in body of messages
Question Would you have any suggestion on how to improve the document tab?
Workflow enhancements Extend grouped changes to assets not in MR relation (as for ADC) Warnings when SID changes are approved Handle confidentiality claims Further break down NA-APP and NA-MRP to accommodate CG new procedures Integrate R4BP 3 with other ECHA systems (e.g. CIRCA) to increase efficiency
Question On the basis of the prioritisation presented, would you have in mind further items which are not included?
Main items for further development
Topics to be addressed Technology refresh Comparative assessment IUCLID cloud Now you can transfer only assets
Technology refresh New architecture to: Reduce maintenance costs Support “user based” interface (indicate personal messages, tasks, cases, etc.) Support few new features that current technology cannot handle Integration with IUCLID (possibility to save SPC files)
Question How would you see having “user specific” interface and functions in R4BP 3? Are you satisfied by the current SPC “component”?
Comparative assessment Develop queries to: Compare existing SPCs Generate statistics on the base of different topics Extract relevant information for identifying candidates for substitution Implement either a separate tool or integrate the queries as a feature in R4BP 3
IUCLID cloud Assess the benefit of supporting a cloud service for IUCLID files Identify adaptations in working practice and in R4BP 3
