Hull Diving Services - Salvage Contracts - Recovery of Barge Sunk at Berth. ‘Self-Propelled Water Barge’ sank at Berth during discharging operations. Barge was righted on seabed, all open Hatches were sealed and the Barge was stabilized on it’s Keel in preparation for a controlled lift. Barge was raised using Buoyancy tanks & Stabilized with a Floating Crane. ‘Al Dana’ Salvage HDSCo was requested by the Official Investigation Committee & Director of Public Prosecutions to carry out the Salvage & Recovery of Dhow ‘Al Dana’. Vessel was righted & refloated within one day and handed over to the Bahrain Coastguard.
