PLACE (Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment PLACE overview Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) are annual ‘snapshot’ assessments of a range of non-clinical services in NHS trusts, voluntary, independent and private healthcare providers.   PLACE review Feedback from users confirms continued support for the PLACE collection, but that some elements work less well and would benefit from some revision.  A review will be undertaken to look at where changes to process and practice should be considered.
