Group Task 1 Produce bite size revision video clips for the 7 assessed movements in physiology: forehand in tennis, throw, press-up, kick, jump, squat, running. All clips must include a practical example of the action with a voiceover explaining the joints, muscles, planes and axis involved. You have 35 minutes to complete this task The video clips will be played back to the class at the end of the session

Tips to get you started Split up and fill in the answers to all the tables below. Plan how you are going to present each movement. Keep it simple Decide how you are going to do the voice over. Will there be a script? Will one person do it all or different people take on different moves?
