Assignment presentation to EBS faculty Post-session Assignment Assignment presentation to EBS faculty 10 minute presentation plus a 5 minute Q & A session Maximum of 10 slides – the format will be provided Inclusion of an appendix with supporting documentation is optional and in addition to the 10 slide presentation

Post-session Assignment Submission Preformatted slides are located with the lecture slides and handouts Email presentation deck to Jake Fowler (jake.fowler@consumerbankers.com) by November 15 Presentations will take place via conference call with 2 EBS faculty members on January 5th & 6th, 2018 Sign up sheets are in your community rooms for the remaining time on campus

Calendar Post-session Assignment Week Of: August 7   August 7 Review assignment and lessons from class Determine the business leaders you need to interview Compile list of relevant questions August 14 Participate in refresh CBA Webinar (date/time forwarded under separate cover) Review your bank’s websites and investor presentations/annual reports Begin scheduling interviews with your business leaders who can provide information for your research Review questions and plan your interviews August 21 Conduct interviews Review bank performance Identify where to find marketing elements (segmentation, product, delivery) Research competitive environment August 28 Continue with interviews Compile your research September 4 Finalize research Identify an under/unserved segment Begin to formulate recommendation September 11 Finalize your recommendation Submit a brief (1-4 sentence) description of your recommendation At a high level describe its impact to customers, product and delivery Upload your assignment to www.cba_ebs1.com under the Home Study tab by September 15
