Overview about Existing System Client is having an Analog loggers in multiple branches which is used to record the conversation happened with their customers. It is a PCI based Card which is inserted in computer slot and lines will be connecting through parallel connectivity with phone instrument & Card as well. Overview about New System Application User End-Require one Pop Up application in all branches when call will be connected with users, customer details should be pop out on application as per the database. Admin End: Admin should be able to view Live Monitoring of all location & MIS Reports etc..

Features Branch User End: Agent application require only for view, they should not be able to edit the any of fields except Categories/Disposition. Agent fields be like Client Number, Name, Code, dispositions & Remarks Searching Require on behalf of Client Name, Number & Code & in respective search all details should be appear with recordings. If agent is changing a new disposition then it should be appear in search by Old & New Disposition wise If agent is not login into application, call logs should be pass like call details, voice-files to the Central server etc. Call details should be populating while incoming/Outgoing.

Admin End: Dashboard require with registered or unregistered call details Admin will be able to see location wise monitoring and when click on any particular location, new screen or window will be enlarge to check all the calls details of respective location. Database Integration- Option require to import or export the data via excel Add/Edit/Delete option to of client details Email Alert- Any of line not working Agent is not login Assign function to Role- One admin panel to every branch user or location wise user MIS Reports Registered & Unregistered calls location wise Report should be capture call duration, connect time, disconnect time etc. Searching records date wise, client code & Mobile number Agent Login History
