No student self-awareness  around competencies required  for Coop or  XN, or career. No ability to forecast and meet demand. Little efficiency; low scale and unsustainable Learner Journey Curate Professional Identity Services & Support Jenny Lang, International Student Coaching & Advising, Provide orientation and introduces students to NU Plan. Continues to support student when appropriate throughout the student journey. GSS. XN, others join in at appropriate point for as needed services. Prep Course Learner Journey Learners enrolled on a Needs Based path based on Entering Student Profile Experiential Embedded in Student Journey XN serves programs to provide For Credit option as signature assignment in an Elective and/or in Capstone for their final demonstration of mastery in the program 2-3 Classes Coaching, Advising & Workshops SP18 Career Starter Career Changer Career Advancer XN opportunity 2-3 Classes Career Advising High exp. Get Learners On-Track to  through thoughtful, meaningful approach. WN19 XN opportunity 2-3 Classes Career Action Plans Students create career plan under the guidance of coach & faculty member. Plan is updated along the student journey. XN Academy  Each learner gets the fundamentals of career planning and experiential opportunities right from the start in this mandatory course Potential for practice project led by industry mentor to best prepare learners for XN and Co-op.
