Power Point Tutorial 1. Replace all red text with your project information. Change red text to black. 2. Label footer: For clarity, change the footer to display your project name. You can do this by selecting: ● Insert ● Header & Footer ● Check “Footer” ● Type in name of project ● Click “Apply to All” 3. Insert photos where requested: ● Select photograph example and delete sample photo ● Picture ● Select your photo ● Size appropriately (To crop: “format” then “crop”) 4. Insert floor plan where requested: ● Make a .pdf of floor plan image you want displayed ● In .pdf document, select “View”, “Zoom”, then “Marquee Zoom”. Draw a box around the desired area. ● In .pdf document, select “Edit”, “Take a Snapshot”. Click on your zoomed in floor plan, this will copy it. ● In PowerPoint, delete sample floor plan ● Click “Paste” to insert .pdf ● Adjust image as necessary 5.
