Todds Plantation sits in an open countryside in the rural parish of St Todds Plantation sits in an open countryside in the rural parish of St. John located towards the north east of the center of the island and only a few miles from one of the islands most beautiful beaches at The Crane. The estate sits on three acres of wooded and mature grounds surrounded by sugar cane fields for about as far as the eye can see. The guest bedroom is in a wing on its own with a small office, bathroom and a secret staircase to the kitchen. Downstairs a front lobby links the west covered patio to the main reception room leading through to the dining room, office and reading room, and through to the kitchen.

Doors open from the reception rooms into a patio that runs along the length of the east side of the house. Off the kitchen is a large laundry storage area which leads to the garages and the workshop/store room. A wooden staircase leads upstairs from the lower to the upper landing and the mahogany floors throughout give an authentic feel to the property.
