OneUSG Connect - Careers Step-by-Step 01 06 JOB OPENING IS CREATED, APPROVED, POSTED AND MARKETED. BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED. 02 07 CANDIDATES APPLY FOR POSITION. SELECTED CANDIDATE IS HIRED USING “MANAGED HIRES.” 03 08 CANDIDATES ARE REVIEWED, DENIED, OR INVITED TO INTERVIEW. ONBOARDING INITIATED: Employment verification, I-9 and Smart Forms 04 09 OFFER CREATED AND APPROVED. JOB OPENING IS FILLED/CLOSED. 05 10 OFFER COMMUNICATED. CANDIDATE ACCEPTS OR DENIES OFFER. OTHER CANDIDATES ATTACHED TO JOB OPENINGS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF STATUS.

OneUSG Connect - Careers Notifications Application was received. Applicant is selected/scheduled for interview, if applicable. Candidate has a job offer pending, if applicable. Candidate’s acceptance/rejection of the job offer, if applicable. Candidate was not selected for the position, if applicable. During the steps of posting, applying, interviewing, and hiring, several notifications are delivered to the candidate to keep them updated. These notifications include: Confirmation that the application was received by hiring manager. Notification that the applicant has been selected/scheduled for interview, if applicable. Notification that the candidate has a job offer pending, if applicable. Confirmation of the candidate’s acceptance/rejection of the job offer, if applicable. Notification, after the position is filled, that the candidate was not selected for the position, if applicable.
