Base Camp is your entrée into your Pathways projects Base Camp is the place from whence all your Toastmasters adventures begin. Level Completion Award Submission Base Camp has a pending request when the member requests Member completed the level and was approved by VPE in Base Camp. Member tells the VPE to submit the award to club central for the club. (If the member belongs to multiple clubs, they must tell each VPE about the Level completion, only one club can submit the award for the DCP credit.) Member completes a Pathways Level. Base Camp alerts VPE of pending approval VPE approves the level completion on Base Camp The member continues to the next path level

Analyzed the current program, considered what was taught, what skills and competencies you gain, and what was missing. Five competencies that people build through TM: Public Speaking Interpersonal Communication Strategic Leadership Management Confidence Four are teachable 68 competencies vs. 300 competencies organized by complexity/degree of difficulty 10 paths, each has 2 or 3 core competencies Dynamic Leadership - interpersonal communication and strategic leadership as well as public speaking. Presentation Mastery is the only path with ONE core competency (public speaking).
